This is the best news you will ever hear!

Life is filled with all kinds of questions – questions about our relationships, our purpose, our personal finances, our career, and the list goes on. The most important question of all, however, is WHERE WILL YOU SPEND ETERNITY? There’s no greater concern in life than that. But even though the vast majority of people want to go to Heaven, most don’t have a clue on how to get there. Thankfully, the Bible clearly tells us the 4 things we need to know.

The FIRST thing you need to know is that there’s a problem – it’s the PROBLEM of Sin.  Our personal sin prevents us from entering into Heaven. Because God is holy and because Heaven is a holy place, unforgiven sinners aren’t allowed. And because the Bible says in Romans 3:23 that “EVERYONE has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard”, that means NO ONE can enter Heaven. So, yeah, that’s definitely a problem!

The SECOND thing you need to know about is the PENALTY of Sin. The Bible says in Romans 6:23 that “the wages of sin is death.”  Death is both physical as well as spiritual. Ezekiel 18:20 says, “The soul who sins shall die.” That means eternal separation in Hell instead of eternal bliss in Heaven. Jesus also said in Luke 13:3 that “unless you repent of your sins and turn to God, you too will perish.” Though that’s not what we want to hear, there IS some GOOD NEWS

THIRD, because of His love for YOU, Jesus made the PAYMENT for Sin – for YOUR sin. The Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 15:3 that “Christ died for our sins.”  Romans 5:8 also says that “God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.” And because Jesus paid for your sins when He died on the cross, He is now offering to forgive your sin and give you “the FREE GIFT of . . . eternal life ”  (Romans 6:23).

FOURTH, the way you can now receive God’s PARDON from Sin is by admitting your sinfulness to Him and inviting Jesus Christ into your heart and life. The Bible says in John 1:12 that those who believe in Him and receive Him become God’s children. Romans 10:13 also says, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be SAVED” which means to be rescued from Hell and given ETERNAL LIFE in Heaven. You can be saved RIGHT NOW by simply praying the following words to God with all your heart.

Dear Jesus, I admit that I’ve sinned against You. Please forgive me. I believe You died to pay for my sins, was buried, and rose again. I now invite You to come into my heart and life to be my Savior and Lord. Thank You!  Amen.
